Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Yaqoob Developer (“I”, “me”) handles information when you visit yaqoobdeveloper.com (the “website”). The website is run by an individual Flutter developer and YouTube creator. If you have any questions, contact me at Yaqoobkafeel580@gmail.com.

Information I collect

The website has no user accounts, sign-up forms, comments or newsletter, and I do not ask you for personal information to browse it.

• Emails you send me. If you contact me by email, I receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. I use it only to reply to you.
• Technical data. Like most websites, the servers that host this website automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request and the time of your visit. This is needed to deliver and secure the website.

Cookies

The website itself does not set cookies for tracking or analytics. Third-party services described below (such as YouTube and Google advertising) may set cookies or use similar technologies when you interact with their content. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some embedded content may not work without them.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

This website uses or may use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and/or other sites on the Internet.

YouTube videos

Project pages can show videos from my YouTube channel. Videos load only when you click play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube’s servers. When you play a video, YouTube (a Google service) may collect information according to the Google Privacy Policy.

Hosting and other service providers

Project content and images are stored with Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage). These providers process data on my behalf only to run the website. Links to GitHub, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

How long information is kept

Emails are kept only as long as needed to reply and follow up. Technical server logs are kept by the hosting providers for a limited period for security and reliability.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information I hold about you, and to object to or restrict its use. Children

The website is intended for a general audience of developers and is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time, for example when adding new features or services. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
